Meet your Health and Fasting Coach
Hi, my name is Hannah.
I founded Be Health Happier because I wanted to help women like myself; women who have lost themselves, who are facing peri-menopause, menopause and other hormonally-challenging times of life.
As a certified FLAG Women’s Hormonal Fasting Coach and IIN Health Coach, I support women over 40 who want to connect with their bodies and be the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
With over 8 years’ experience, I offer personalised programmes focusing on holistic health, fitness, nutrition and achievable, sustainable lifestyle changes through the hormonal lense.
I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and I aim to foster overall well-being by addressing not only physical health but also mental, emotional and spiritual balance.
I am dedicated to helping you build a healthier, more fulfilling life and becoming the version of you that you’re searching for.
I use tools and techniques from studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s most respected nutrition and health coaching school with the largest global presence in health coaching.

Pulling on several techniques covering mind, body and soul - I will work with you on a range of achievable, sustainable habits that will have a huge impact on you and your life.
Most importantly, Be Health Happier is a safe space where you will feel seen and heard. I listen without judgement and will build a sense of worthiness and fulfilment within your life.
I’m not a PT creating an exercise plan, or a nutritionist delivering a meal plan - I provide a holistic service that seeks to really understand the root cause of the feelings you’re experiencing and how we can work together to readjust your mindset, reignite your motivation and give you the tools and the space to really work on yourself whether that be focusing on moving more, making time for yourself, learning new skills, personal development or anything in-between.
